Every single thing worked like clockwork, all pick-ups, flights, hotels, etc. Was upgraded to premier economy for the flight from Sydney to San Fran. and amazingly, because they were full flights, had an empty seat next to me on all the others!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love, N***** L
